What to Expect During the Transition
We want this transition to feel smooth, simple, and stress-free for you. Some parts of the process have already begun, and everything else will happen gradually with plenty of communication along the way. Here’s a quick look at what you can expect:
Welcome & Communication
You’ve already begun receiving updates and introductions from both the Bear Tech and ITernal Networks teams. We’ll continue to keep you informed so you always know what’s happening and who to contact.
System Review & Documentation (Already Underway)
We’ve started reviewing the systems Bear Technologies have been supporting and we are making sure everything is clearly documented. This helps us understand your environment well and ensures we can support you reliably now and in the future.
Security & Service Improvements
As we get to know your systems better, we may recommend enhancements that improve security, reduce risk, and help keep everything running smoothly. Nothing will change without communication, and all improvements will be discussed with you ahead of time.
Integration into ITernal Networks Systems
Some of the behind-the-scenes systems we use—like billing, ticketing, and support tools—will gradually transition to ITernal Networks. Here’s what that will look like:
- Billing: Starting January 15, 2026, all invoices will come directly from ITernal Networks, and payments will be made to ITernal Networks. As we get closer to that date, we’ll send simple, step-by-step instructions to make the transition easy, including an invitation to our online invoice and payment portal.
- Ticketing & Support Tools:
Our ticketing system will transition to ITernal Networks on January 15th, and additional support tools will follow in the weeks after. We’ll communicate these changes clearly so you always know how to reach support and track requests – and we will always take your call for direct access to the support team.
Throughout this process, we’ll make sure everything is communicated well in advance so you always feel prepared and supported.
And most importantly…
You don’t need to do anything right now.
We’re handling the heavy lifting behind the scenes, and we’ll guide you through each step when the time comes.
