Michael Kanet

President & Owner

Michael Kanet is the founder and President of ITernal Networks, a Managed IT and Cybersecurity company he launched in 2009 to help businesses grow through technology. With over 16 years of consistent growth, Michael has expanded the company from its roots in Las Vegas to serve clients across Nevada and beyond—including organizations in Utah, Arizona, Texas, and remote teams around the world.

With a passion for helping others and a sharp eye for scalable tech solutions, Michael works closely with business leaders to implement IT strategies that improve operations, enhance cybersecurity, and harness AI to drive automation and efficiency. His ability to see challenges from multiple perspectives allows him to build long-term partnerships with clients and lead his team with empathy and strategic clarity.

Michael loves to speak on topics like AI for business, cybersecurity best practices, and the evolving role of technology in growth-focused organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Outside of work, Michael is deeply committed to his family and faith. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children and serving in his church and local community.

Dana Ayala

Service Delivery Manager

A seasoned leader with over 30 years in the IT industry, Dana serves as the Service Delivery Manager at iTernal Networks. Her leadership is built on a rare foundation of hands-on experience that started at age 14 and spans network engineering, service support, and cybersecurity. Dana holds the globally recognized CISSP certification from (ISC)² and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity. Actively staying at the forefront of the industry, she is currently pursuing advanced studies in Security Leadership and GRC at the SANS Institute. This powerful combination of practical knowledge and advanced training makes her an expert in managing service delivery, optimizing client outcomes, and ensuring robust security standards for iTernal Networks.

Heidi Hartley

Regional Technology Success Specialist

Heidi was born in Portland, Oregon, but has been a long-time resident of Klamath Falls, Oregon.  She was co-owner of a small IT consulting company in Klamath Falls for nineteen years.  She has experience in sales, technical onsite and remote support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for a variety of small to medium size businesses/municipalities.  She enjoys the many outdoor activities that rural Klamath Falls has to offer, and spending time with her family which includes her husband, Brandon, two adult children, and her 12-year-old son. 

Shawntanik Williams

Field Engineer

Shawntanik Williams is a Lead Field Technician specializing in onsite support, infrastructure deployments, and client-facing IT solutions. She was born in California but has spent most of her life in Las Vegas. She holds an associate degree in Software Development and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in IT Management.

Detail-oriented and process-driven, Shawntanik plays a key role in delivering reliable, well-documented technology solutions for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys gaming, spending time with family, and exploring new food spots around Las Vegas.

Steve Smith

Field Technician

Steve is Network+ certified and working hard toward a career in networking, always learning something new to stay ahead. Born in Philly and raised in Las Vegas, he’s the kind of person who loves picking up new skills and putting them to use. When he’s off the clock, you’ll usually find him gaming competitively or DJing for fun.

Most importantly, Steve is a devoted family man who values balance in everything he does. Whether he’s solving tech problems or hanging out with his loved ones, he brings passion and heart to every part of his life.

Trevor Eyre

Security Analyst

Trevor Eyre is from Las Vegas, Nevada, and has recently graduated from Southern Utah University with a degree in Cybersecurity. Trevor has been interested in Cybersecurity since middle school and enjoys getting a deeper understanding of security threats to figure out how to counteract them. He tries to stay on top of current cybersecurity news and events and believes that being well informed is the most important step to staying secure. In his free time, Trevor enjoys watching old black and white films and playing old video games on the Atari 2600 and Nintendo 64. He also has a foreign coin collection from over 50 countries.  

Jessica Williams

Dispatcher

Jessica Williams is an IT Support and Dispatch Specialist from Florida with two years of experience in the technology industry. She oversees service requests, coordinates technician assignments, and ensures all tickets are documented with clarity and accuracy. Known for her strong communication skills and calm, dependable approach, Jessica plays a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently. She continues to expand her technical expertise and is recognized for her reliability, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending meaningful time with her family and her two boys. Living in Las Vegas gives them endless opportunities for fun, from exploring local attractions and family-friendly events to visiting theme parks and relaxing at water parks during the warm desert months. She loves planning new adventures, discovering hidden gems around the city, and creating memorable experiences that keep her boys active, curious, and excited. Whether they’re enjoying a weekend outing, taking a short trip, or simply spending time together, family moments are at the center of Jessica’s life.

Emily Tidd

Marketing Coordinator

Born in Illinois, Emily started her marketing career in 2012 after finishing Western Illinois University as a Departmental Scholar. She came to Las Vegas in 2014 and has since done marketing for multiple industries, including healthcare, legal, education, construction, and video games. Emily uses her knowledge of these industries to create marketing strategies that align potential clients to the IT services they need most. When she’s not in the office, Emily is a costume hobbyist, and portrays Star Wars characters for the local charity groups.

Jolina Gamo

Executive Assistant

Jolina “Jules” Gamo is from the beautiful island of Bohol, Philippines, and a graduate of Bohol Institute of Technology-International College. As an Executive Assistant, she plays a key role in keeping things organized and running smoothly. Her dedication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic make her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Jules is a devoted wife and a proud mom to three young boys. She enjoys attending church and spending quality time with her family, whether at the park, the beach, or anywhere her kids can have fun. For her, happiness is making memories with the people she loves most.
